Thombie is the musical duo of childhood friends who combine singer-songwriter tunes with electronic textures and over twenty years of shared memories. Originally from Oakdale, CA, the two now live almost 3,000 miles apart but have been sharing demo recordings and collaborating during holiday visits for the past three years. Their music has been described as if one of the oldest folk story tellers has come to the future to be able to figure out and use new technology to create current, but timeless, folk/electronic music.
